Terms & Conditions

By registering for a workshop, session, or event with Aligned Earth Living ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Prices are subject to change for future sessions but will not change for a session you've already registered for.

2. Cancellation Policy

All workshop registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another person, just let us know their name in advance.

If Aligned Earth Living needs to cancel or reschedule a session (due to weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen circumstances), you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date, your choice.

3. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Shoreline sessions take place outdoors and are subject to weather and ocean conditions. We reserve the right to modify, relocate, or reschedule a session for participant safety (e.g., storms, lightning, rip current advisories, red tide, or other hazardous conditions). We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

4. Health & Physical Participation

  • Ocean therapy sessions may involve walking on uneven terrain, wading, or immersion in ocean water.

  • By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

  • If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your ability to safely participate, please consult your physician before registering and inform us in advance.

  • Participation is voluntary at every stage, you may opt out of any activity during the session at any time.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in outdoor, ocean-based activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, marine life encounters, water conditions, and exposure to sun and elements. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Aligned Earth Living, its founder, and any assistants or contractors from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Aligned Earth Living's sessions are wellness and nervous-system-regulation offerings rooted in Blue Mind science and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, please consult them before participating. In a crisis or emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed provider directly.

7. Photography & Media Release

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for use in Aligned Earth Living's marketing, social media, and educational content. By participating, you consent to your likeness being used in this way, unless you notify us in advance that you'd like to opt out.

8. Personal Belongings

Aligned Earth Living is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during a session.

9. Code of Conduct

We ask all participants to treat the space, the environment, and fellow participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your registration governs your session.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
